Can I return XYZ?
No - due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We strongly recommend d your order before submitting it as we cannot go in and change any info after your order has been submitted. We also recommend using the size charts to determine which size is best, as well as asking any questions about products before ordering.
What if my order is wrong?
We are human, and while it doesn't happen often, sometimes we embroider the wrong initials. If your initials are incorrect, just email us within 7 days and we will sort it out with you and make it right. Your happiness is our number one concern! Please note, we will monogram your item in the exact order you list - so make sure to list it in the order you want to be embroidered! If your package or item arrived damaged, again please contact us within 7 days.
Can I cancel my order?
We cannot guarantee your order will be canceled after you place it with AGM Designs. We process orders immediately after orders are placed. If you would like to cancel your order, email us at email@example.com immediately and we will see what we can do.
