The Ultimate Wedding Details Guide

What Wedding Details Should I Buy?

This is a question we get asked a lot, especially with our wedding planning company, Glass and Grace Events. There are so many wedding details and it can be easy to get unorganized or wait until the last minute. We recommend creating a document or spreadsheet early and tracking when you purchase items to spread out your expenses and make it overall less stressful as your wedding gets closer.

How Do I Organize My Wedding Details?

We recommend heading out to your nearest Target and stocking up on clear bins with lids to stay organized. Depending on how many details you will be providing, you can start organizing your purchases early. Think - wedding morning, ceremony, party bus, and reception bins.

You can also have a details bin of all of your wedding details for detail shots captured by your wedding photographer. These may be simple things like a personalized hanger, a personalized ring box, your invitation suite, a piece of lace from your dress, a family heirloom such as a broach or pin, vow books, and your wedding shoes.

Start with just a few bins and add to it - just organize your items by where they will need to go. For example, your cake topper won't be in the same box as your personalized hanger.
